Wild Caught
The Blue Swimmer Crab is easily recognised by its distinctive shape and colour, and its large front pincers. It has a mild, sweet, nutty flavour, low oiliness and is moist, evenly textured and firm. As you cook the Crab you will see it change from a blue colour to a vibrant orange. Great for Singapore style chilli crab or boiled and enjoyed.
